In Greek mythology, Aceso is the Goddess of the healing process and the daughter of Asclepius, the God of medicine, and Epione, the Goddess of soothing of pain. Her name literally means "healing" or "cure," and she represents the process of recovering from illness or injury. Aceso is less well-known than some other figures in Greek mythology, but in the context of health and healing, she symbolizes the journey towards wellness.
